Jyn Erso: Jyn! I love her so much, I love how unapologetically weird she is. Awkward feral weasel with no chill! spiky guerilla gremlin woman of my heaaaaaart! With her extremely weird relationships to all three of her parents, and the complicated mirror-image thing she has with Cassian, and how she and Bodhi were immediately ride or die for each other, while she and K-2 were instantly Best Frenemies Forever! I would love something showcasing her sneakery and stubbornness and sheer batshit hypercompetence, or the way she clearly does not vibe with any standard model of human femininity anywhere. If you feel shippy, Jyn/Bodhi/Cassian is my OT3, but I also like her with either of them separately. I will defend to the death her Disastrous Bisexuality but none of the popular f/f ships do anything for me. :( (That said, if someone were to write Jyn/Windi the Niamos Beach Bunny? ALL KINDS OF HERE FOR IT.)
Bix Caleen: God, I just want Bix to have a nice day where nobody menaces her or her friends. I love her hardheaded practicality and her resilience, and how accustomed she is to being in charge of her own life. I would love some exploration of her backstory, childhood, family, friendship and other mutual trainwrecks with Cassian, her relationship to her community and her work.
The Armorer: I love this woman TO DEATH and anyone who thinks she's sekritly evil can fight me at dawn, no jetpacks. I love her dry dry humor (I'd say Din learned it from her but honestly he's a lighthearted goofball by comparison), I love how seriously she takes her office and her responsibilities, how much she cares about all her people, how obviously fond she is of Din in particular. I love her deep faith and her levelheadedness, her austere compassion and strict sense of justice, how accepting she is of Grogu and how elegantly she pwned Bo-Katan when she showed up. I JUST THINK SHE'S NEAT, OKAY.
The Duchess: How great was Lizzo, Benevolent!Space!Queen of Hearts? How fabulous is her fairy-wing holo-train? How much do I want HER backstory, whether it's her upbringing on occupied Plazir-15 or the extended cut of her courtship and marriage and sweeping reforms? What are the chances she's going to have an Epic Quest for Sir Grogu one of these days, and does she ever figure out he was illicitly boosting her robot hedgehog?
Omera: I have loved Omera since the first time we laid eyes on her. 😭 She's so strong and so kind! How long has she lived in that village? Where else has she been? How did she meet Winta's dad, and what happened to him, and how have their lives changed? Where did she learn to SHOOT like that? Why is she so unutterably beautiful? THESE AND OTHER QUESTIONS!
Frog Lady: She's so dang resourceful, and loves her husband and tadpoles so much, and is so gracious to EXTREMELY NAUGHTY small yodas and their dads! I would read any amount of her adventures, daring or domestic, and I love a good alien POV.
Koska Reeves: Frankly, I don't understand why Koska Reeves isn't running that operation when she clearly has more common sense than Bo-Katan and Axeman put together. She's the one who rescues Grogu, she's the one who helps get the plane under control while Bo is having a drama-off with the Imp commander, she's the one who has the guts to actually fight Boba Fett, and who DOESN'T rise to Paz Viszla's bait like a big ol' trout.
Fandom-specific DNWs: anything that relies on "Rebel Rising", as I have not read it and don't especially want to; anything characterizing the Armorer as manipulative/untrustworthy/fanatical.
Digger: Look, if you know Digger, then you know. Digger is the EPITOME of everywoman, if every woman was a stout marsupial. I would happily read almost anything, like her further adventures on her way back home, or her further adventures after that, or scenes from her young wombathood, or something where she gets to interact with other girl wombats (I love you, Helix, but you're such a dude).
Boneclaw Mother: She's such an awful old woman and she takes such delight in it! Imagine the shenanigans she got up to when she was just Boneclaw! OR if you want to make me cry, imagine her sitting Grim Eyes down for a serious discussion of family history, because Grim Eyes is an adult now and oughta know a few things. :| Or something else! Just. Boneclaw Mother.
